Chathurika “ Chatty” Richier is a dedicated and dynamic education professional with over ten years of experience driving impactful change in K-12 and university settings. As a Collaborative Learner, Facilitator, Consultant, and the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) Coordinator for Los Angeles Unified, her work focuses on empowering students and educators to close equity gaps through continuous improvement practices. She is deeply passionate about developing strong partnerships and enhancing organizational capacity to support student success. With a proven track record in research, assessments, and data-driven interventions, Chatty Richier specializes in creating tailored strategies and training materials that equip leaders and staff to drive meaningful, sustainable progress.
